We are seeking an experienced professional to take full ownership of the development and management of an innovative coliving hotel designed for transhumanists and wellness enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will oversee every stage of the project, from inception to successful operations.

Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy and Market Research:
   • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the coliving and hospitality sectors.
   • Develop a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the vision of creating a futuristic and wellness-oriented coliving space.
2. Business Plan Development and Execution:
   • Create and implement a detailed business plan, covering all aspects of project execution.
   • Ensure the project meets all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
3. Project Management:
   • Oversee the construction, design, and layout of the coliving hotel to create a modern, comfortable, and innovative space.
   • Manage all operational aspects, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
4. Team Management:
   • Recruit, train, and manage a team to handle daily operations, ensuring a strong organizational structure.
5. Marketing and Partnerships:
   • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract transhumanists, digital nomads, and wellness-focused individuals.
   • Establish and maintain strong partnerships within the wellness, tech, and hospitality industries.

Requirements

• English or Russian languages required.
• Proven experience in managing hotel or coliving projects, from concept to operation.
• Strong understanding of business development, financial planning, and team management.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to construction, tourism, and hospitality.
• Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies.
